Good value on annual plan

I was looking for an email platform and saw Mailercloud's annual plan had a 20% discount. It felt like a good deal, much better than paying monthly. The features seem enough for my small business, so I think it was worth the money spent.

Consistently reliable service

This isn't my first time with Mailercloud. I've been using them for over a year now, mainly for transactional emails and some automation workflows. This last renewal, I opted for the upgraded plan to get a dedicated IP. Setup was smooth, same as before. Their spam checker and bounce management are good, keeps my lists clean. I've tried others like Sendinblue before, but Mailercloud has been more consistent for me, especially their API platform. It just works, which is what you want for email stuff. No big surprises, which is a good thing in this space.

I signed up for the free trial first, then moved to a paid plan for the Email Marketing Automation. The drag and drop builder was easy to use, made my first campaign quick. Delivery was instant, obviously, it's software. Had one small question about custom domain tracking; support via chat was quick, answered it within minutes. The real-time analytics are quite handy for checking campaign performance. Overall, a solid experience for managing my newsletters.
